Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 1996, page 6. I really liked the flavor of this and the creaminess of the pudding. However, only me and a few of the girls liked this very much. So it only gets 4 stars. Even though personally I thought it was a great "sweet salad". 4 stars.

However, if you aren't a spinach lover take a pass on this. Spinach lover club membership required to like this recipe! 5 stars from me though!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, February 1997 page 5. This was really good. I still like, Just Plain Good Green Bean Bake, better, but this was GREAT, and less calories. I will be having it often. It gets all 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 1999, pg. 11. These are delicious. I LOVED them. Vince did too! These definitely got 5 stars, and we will be having them again. They are amazingly cheesy! It's a very cheesy sloppy joe in my opinion.

Tetrazzini-Style Chicken-

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 1999, page 12. Every one absolutely loved this dish. All the kids had seconds! It's cheesy, creamy, and has spaghetti, what more could a family ask for? This is for sure a family pleaser. I've been wanting to try it ever since JoAnna was on HSN, and said this was many men's favorite meal. I can see why. I've never had or made tetrazzini before this dish, but you can be sure it will be on the menu again! 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges February 2001 Newsletter, pg. 12. This was so good. The richness of the cream of chicken soup, the sweetness of the onions, the tender chicken, this was true comfort food. It is going on a regular rotation of menu plans in my home. 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges February 2001 Newsletter, pg. 6. This was tasty and good. But, I like plain beets. So I doubt I will make it again, just because of the time involved compared to plain beets. However, if you have kids that will only eat a veggie if it's covered in cheese then this is a good recipe. But, if you are like me and just love plain beets, then it may not be worth it to you either. 3 stars.

Healthy Exchanges February 2001 Newsletter, pg. 11. I really liked this It was very good. I had it with the below recipe for Stroganoff, and loved every bite! I also added petite peas to mine, and used chives instead of parsley cause I don't like parsley. 5 stars.

Healthy Exchanges February 2001 Newsletter, pg. 11. This was excellent with the above noodles. I would like it in a variety of ways though. I really really liked it, it was beefy, rich and creamy! And I used turkey instead of beef. If you like beef stroganoff give this a try! It was also simple and easy to make! Definitely a winter comfort food, and man pleasing! It gets all 5 stars!

Cookies and Cream Dessert-
Rating-*
Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 2002, pg. 12. Personally, I thought this recipe was blah in flavor and much too dry, with a mushy "crust". I think it may of been better in a real pie crust, like Nabisco Oreo pie crust, using Nabisco oreo crumbs instead of graham cracker crumbs for the filling and the topping. And using twice as much pudding, dry milk powder and water, to make the filling less dry. If I try my version that I have in my mind, I'll be sure to post it. However, thankfully every one at the gathering I took it to ate it all up, and I had no leftovers to bring home. At the same time I was a little embarrassed as it wasn't as good as I would of liked a dessert I brought to be. 1 star.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 2003, page 7. These are good, although in my opinion not as good as, Salisbury Steak from Healthy Exchanges Cookbook. But, they were super easy to make! And they did taste good. And they were very very low in calories. I left out the ketchup, as I don't like ketchup in my Salisbury Steak. The color of the sauce was a bit off for Salisbury Steak as well. I think it needs some Worcestershire sauce to darken the sauce. So I give them 4 stars.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 2008, pg. 4. This was really really good! I love chocolate cake, and this will fit the bill! It takes the cake! However, I suggest for a more moist cake try baking longer and using a 8x8 dish instead of a 9x9. I also want to try this with Jo's Buttercream Frosting! 5 stars.

You can't beat this. Taste and calories are awesome. If you're experiencing the winter blues, or cabin fever try this! It will brighten your day. 5 stars.
